Shipping policy
The costumers orders are processed and shipped within 10-20 business days via Standard Delivery. The Priority Delivery reduces the estimated shipping time to 7-15 business days by placing your order on the top of daily orders, ensuring the order is processed and filled into our distributing storehouse at the same day.
Delivery times are based on orders placed between business days (Monday to Friday) and can vary. The Alpha Shop Team provide the best to ensure orders are filled as quickly as possible to get to you in a timely manner.
All orders ship on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Our standard shipping rate is Free worldwidely. Our priority shipping rate is $5.00 worldwidely. The Alpha Shop Team work along third party distributing storehouses located in the US and China, to help orders in North and Latin America, as well most Asian and European countries, arrive their destinations safely and rapidily. If you are ordering from either US or China, the estimated shipping time can be lower, depending on order availability.
